Michael has an accounting degree from Adelphi University and has spent the last 20 years working for the Department of Justice. Michael has operational input and provides a channel between the management team and investors, giving feedback from investors so that Dual City may pivot and adjust to investor needs. He handles investor inquiries and provide company information to the market. Builds effective relationships with investors with the desire to grow wealth in real estate.
Sal began his career at Alure in 1989 and took on the role of President and CEO in 2002, propelling Alure to become one of the premier home improvement companies in the country
In addition to being featured on 9 episodes of Extreme Makeover, Mr.Ferro has been featured in Newsday, LIBN, Remodeling Magazine, Professional Remodeler and Replacement Contractor; spoken at various industry events including the National Association of Home Builders and the Replacement Contractors Executive Conference. Mr. Ferro has been voted Long Island's Most Philanthropic Person by Long Island Press, and has been voted one of the “Top 50 Most Influential People on Long Island and received the LIBN ICON Award.
Tom has over 35 years of financial services experience. Most recently, he served as Board Chairman and President of Macquarie Futures USA LLC. As Head of Macquarie Futures activities in the Americas, he managed futures offices in New York, Chicago and Montreal. He joined Macquarie from Goldman Sachs, where he was the head of Futures Client Relationship Management since 2005.
Thomas Castelli, CPA is a business and tax adviser to real estate investors and business owners. As an investor himself, he holds equity positions in several multifamily properties and has experience both as an active and passive investor. His experience and expertise allow him to help others build wealth, achieve financial freedom, and retire securely by investing in real estate.
Ken has been in the real estate and hospitality business for over 40 years. He has managed a multitude of employees in various markets through the US. Ken will function as a conduit to new investors and asset classes in targeted markets, using his connections in multiple areas of expertise.
CHIEF ASSET MANAGER
Daniel Walles, Chief Asset Manager, Daniel has managed assets in hospitality, industrial and multifamily while overseeing projects to increase their NOI. Daniel will oversee the assets of the fund and supervise any third party management or value add projects. He will be in daily communication with the property managers and the other fund managers.
